Element Detail
PerpendicularPoint
A perpendicular point is given by a point and a line. It is determined by projecting the given point
orthogonal onto the given line. This element should be used in GEONExTReader only. All other applications should
use orthogonal projection Orthogonalprojection.

This element has no direct constructor. To create an instance of this element you have to call JXG.Board#create
with type "perpendicularpoint".

- The constructed point is the orthogonal projection of p onto l.
- Throws:

- If the element cannot be constructed with the given parent objects an exception is thrown.
